SUPPLY & PREPARATION LIST
Essential Oils Covered:
Bergamot
Cedarwood
Lavender
Orange
Rosemary
Ylang ylang
It’s recommended to have at least 1 ml (approx. 30 drops) of each of the essential oils covered.
Additional Supplies Used:
2 ounce spray bottle
2 ounces distilled water
Blank aroma stick
Paper towels or napkins
A paper towel cut into 12 small strips for smelling aromas
2 Blank labels (optional)
Pen & Paper for notes (optional)
1 Tbsp fresh coffee grounds or beans for clearing the nose (optional)
